Buckinghamshire College Group’s Local Needs Duty and Accountability Agreement sets out how we will respond to local, regional and national skills priorities over the coming year.
In line with the Government’s Skills for Jobs reforms, the agreement outlines our planned curriculum developments, outcome targets and employer-focused activity, showing how we align provision to Local Skills Improvement Plans (LSIPs) and future workforce needs.
Rooted in our 2023–28 Strategic Plan, the agreement reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality technical, vocational and professional education, supporting economic growth across Buckinghamshire, and improving life chances for learners, apprentices and adults.
